Shop With Confidence. During your visit, our location manager will give you a guided tour. You can then select and hand-pick the perfect find. Your account manager will help you finalize your order before handing it over to our shipping department.
Loading assistance is available if you bring your own transport. We supply packing materials, but recommend bringing extra furniture blankets, tie-downs, bungee cords, or anything else needed to secure your items for the ride home.

Yes, you can pick up your purchase. We provide loading assistance and packing materials. Please bring any additional items you may need, such as blankets, tie-downs, or bungee cords, to secure your purchase for transport.

There is no minimum purchase required at our Louisville location. If you have your own transportation, you can simply proceed with any order size. For shipping, please note that costs may be higher for smaller purchases. We recommend a minimum purchase of $750 to maximize value.
Our warehouse closes at 4pm. If you need more time, you may return the next day to continue with your account manager or schedule a follow-up visit.
We are located in Louisville, 10 minutes from the airport. Hotels and B&Bs are easily accessible by Uber. Louisville offers a vibrant culinary scene, and your account manager can provide recommendations.
